my name is chantal de gaudio, i am neapolitan, english and of welsh descent.  a healing artist, leadership coach and somatic movement practitioner living in naples, italy.

every thursday i transmit an online broadcast called temenos transmissions, where all creatives are invited to participate, in movement, art, journaling, or whatever is individually needed in the time shared together.

a healing container where we gather in community from the sacredness of our own space. the transmission is a journey woven with music, poetry and themes in nature that are present at the time. everything is tailor-made to what i am inspired to create for that moment. in this time of ascension and awakening i have been guided to create this space for us to convalescence.

the word convalesce comes from the latin verb ‘convalescere’, which combines the prefix 'con' meaning 'with, together, jointly' with the verb 'valescere' meaning 'to grow strong together'.

temenos is an ancient greek word meaning sacred enclosure or building, where soldiers from both sides of an opposing war could come and take off their armour and lay down their arms and know they were safe - a sanctuary. it also referred to a space created for soldiers to convalesce and heal from the horrors of war before re-entering their villages and homes.

temenos transmissions is a sacred healing portal that transmits weekly, so that globally we are able to gather - creating a greater healing signature in the energetic field. harnessing the gift of togetherness to activate and receive our own healing consciousness. a moment to release, process and replenish, taking nourishment back into our everyday lives.
